Co-Counsel – Immigration Attorney, Case Production (1099 Contract)

What You'll Do:

• Build and carry individual immigration cases through every milestone, from clean handoff to filing-ready submission.
• Carry a full production caseload of roughly 35-40 active matters with complete control over your days.
• Own the client relationship through the life of each case, ensuring clients feel informed and never have to chase for updates.

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission with at least 3 years' experience in EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A, H-1B, or family-based matters.
• Rigor, ownership, and strong writing across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled petition work.
• Client-management polish and the ability to take a matter from handoff to completion without being managed.

How the Engagement Works:

• This is contract case production, paid per case rather than by hour or salary, as a 1099 independent contractor.
• No benefits or paid time off; exclusive to Manifest for the duration of the engagement.
• Self-originated cases are paid at a higher rate than Manifest-sourced cases, and you're free to bring in cases.
