U.S. Business Immigration

Role Overview:

• This position involves advising corporate clients on complex U.S. business immigration matters in a fully remote environment.
• As an independent contractor, you will handle a broad range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa cases.
• The role offers the chance to work independently while collaborating with experienced legal professionals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide strategic legal guidance on U.S. immigration regulations and compliance.
• Review petitions, supporting documentation, and legal filings before submission.
• Lead consultations with clients and foreign national employees to offer practical advice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution and active U.S. bar license.
• Minimum of 5 years as a practicing U.S. attorney, with at least 3 years focused on business immigration.
• Strong knowledge of immigration regulations, legal procedures, and client relationship management.
