Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offer the client technical direction by applying industry experience and best practices.
- Work with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction through on-time, in-budget, and in-scope delivery of managed services.
- Report to upper management on client issue status and progress.
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Legal Technology products, services, and/or experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of people-management.
