eDiscovery Client Experience Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor project teams, manage team utilization, onboarding, and training.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as key relationship partner and escalation point for clients.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years in litigation support/legal industry.
• 5+ years as Senior Project Manager or with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years using Relativity platform.
