Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Intern

As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Intern, you will be an integral part of our central rollout team, helping to shape local impact from a global strategy. Your tasks will include: - Support the planning and execution of DEI Target Deployment Workshops in key countries (e.g. Germany, USA, India, Brazil); - Coordinate with local DEI Coalitions (HR, ambassadors, and sponsors) to track progress on DEI initiatives and KPIs; - Assist in the maintenance and content development of our People, Organization and Culture Hub and best practice toolbox; - Help prepare executive communications, including updates to the Bosch Digital/DEI Dashboard and internal strategy updates; - Contribute to internal communication campaigns that raise awareness and encourage participation in DEI activities. This is a paid internship based on a contract of mandate (minimum 6 months) with flexible working conditions (remote/hybrid).
