Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of government contracts and serve as the primary client contact, managing candidate sourcing and onboarding processes.
- Prepare detailed recruiting reports and develop strategic staffing plans in partnership with management to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare staffing experience, preferably in federal or state government, with a Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit licensed healthcare providers and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruiting analytics.
Work Environment and Compliance:
- Work is performed in a typical office setting, involving sitting and standing for prolonged periods with minimal physical demands.
- Must complete required compliance education and adhere to processes for Joint Commission certification and other regulatory standards.
