Staff Software Engineer, Platform

As a key member of the Platform Engineering team, you will play a role in designing, building, and maintaining the systems and infrastructure necessary to support Omada’s mission. You will be part of the development and operation of Omada’s digital health program infrastructure, building and scaling our platform to deliver personalized experiences and empower health coaches. You will collaborate with internal customers, manage high availability services, and work with developers to improve tooling and capability, such as secrets management. You will maintain and enhance our Gitlab CI/CD infrastructure, mentor team members, and integrate AI into existing systems. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience designing AWS cloud architectures, building Kubernetes clusters, and working with Terraform and Ansible. Experience with Datadog, Docker, Linux, Golang, Ruby, or Python is a plus. The candidate should also possess great communication skills and be ready to participate in an on-call rotation.
