Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing for multi-state operations, including handling complex transactions and tax filings.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, process timesheets in Costpoint, and generate required reports to support audits and year-end activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries professionally and with timely follow-through.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with at least four years of relevant multi-state payroll experience; FPC or CPP certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards, with experience in ADP, Dayforce, and end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel, and effective communication skills for engaging across organizational levels in virtual settings.
