Job Description
This is a business-building position accomplished through developing and expanding advisor relationships, educating, assisting and executing product sales programs via virtual and face to face channels. Continuously build, maintain and enhance positive business relationships within investment advisors offering CM Annuity products, serving as a resource for sales support. Provide support including advising on the appropriate use of CM Annuity products. Help develop and share ideas with investment advisors that increases sales, and educate advisors on new product releases and enhancements. Document field contact through established contact management tools, utilizing contact data to enhance the level of field support and improve decision-making. As needed, provide marketing support for advisors through participation in field schools, training meetings, and sales conventions. Provide proactive sales and marketing support to one or more Regional Vice Presidents, Wholesalers and/or product marketers. The role also involves maintaining strong product knowledge.
