CTO Engineer III

Role Summary:

• You will own the design, development, and delivery of integrated computer-based systems and prototypes that support C5MI's capability demonstrations and R&D initiatives.
• You will apply advanced systems analysis to combine IT and OT components across multiple systems into a cohesive digital core architecture.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the creation of proof-of-concept solutions and customer showcases that demonstrate automation, autonomy, and digital maturity.
• Design and implement integration services, APIs, data flows, and orchestration logic while documenting system behavior and performance.
• Expand the controlled lab environment, improve automated provisioning and CI/CD routines, and lead troubleshooting of escalated issues.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience, or 5-7 years without a degree, plus proficiency in two or more programming languages.
