Job Description
We are looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of admin and analytics experiences that power our skill development platform. You'll focus on creating intuitive workflows for program creation, user enrollment, license management, and HR tech integrations (e.g., Workday). You'll also design analytics tools that surface insights like skill readiness, program progress, and employee engagement. This role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for making complex data and admin tasks simple and actionable. You will contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction, collaborate with a product manager and engineering manager to conduct research into customer goals and challenges, and use qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions. Partner closely with engineers to evolve solutions from rough concepts to polished, high-fidelity interfaces and experiences. Experiment with the latest generative AI technologies to design intuitive experiences that make the most of Workera’s AI-native capabilities.
