Revenue Management Advisor II

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain customer and internal relationships at all organizational levels.
• Navigate complex business scenarios to configure Revenue Management and review pricing recommendations.
• Consult on parameter reviews and articulate the revenue management value proposition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, adapt to change, and proactively assess risk.
