As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Spreedly, you are a trusted advisor and the day-to-day technical contact for our customers. You are a highly skilled problem solver with deep expertise in payments, our product, and relationship management. You'll provide guidance, planning, and oversight during the customer lifecycle, from adoption (onboarding and implementation) to post-launch (expansion and renewal).
TAMs act as advocates for both customers and Spreedly, serving as a vital feedback channel to our product development teams and always looking for growth opportunities. Regularly review clients' business priorities and growth strategies, then build account plans that ensure success in support of those strategies. Protect and grow renewal revenues by ensuring clients derive maximum value from using Spreedly. Track clients' growth projections against current usage and initiate contract upgrades in a timely manner. Promote Spreedly's capabilities and features to improve quality, increase efficiency, and deliver new value to customers. Build strong relationships, stay current with industry trends, and develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, payments, and technical landscape.
