As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Spreedly, you are a trusted advisor and the day-to-day technical contact for our customers. You are a highly skilled problem solver with deep expertise in payments, our product, and relationship management. You'll provide guidance, planning, and oversight during the customer lifecycle, from adoption (onboarding and implementation) to post-launch (expansion and renewal). TAMs act as advocates for both customers and Spreedly, serving as a vital feedback channel to our product development teams and always looking for growth opportunities.
Weβre seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help drive our next exciting growth phase. Youβll join the Spreedly sales team to pursue and win new customers. You will play a key role in Spreedlyβs expansion by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of detailed sales plans.
