Job Summary:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of contracting underwriting operations.
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership.
- Drive process optimization, quality assurance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 10+ years insurance experience, with underwriting construction expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong background in AI implementation and process improvement.
