Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support multiple departments with a focus on client relations and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented and capable of managing client accounts while maintaining excellent relationships. Alternatively, candidates with an accounting or AR background who can work closely with the company accountant. Key Responsibilities: Manage client communications professionally and promptly. Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment follow-ups and reconciliations. Support coordination across multiple departments: Sales and Client Billing. Work closely with the accountant to ensure accurate financial records and smooth AR processes. Assist with general administrative tasks, email management and Google Workspace tools. Maintain organised records and ensure timely reporting as required by department heads.
