The Business Consultant plays a key role in providing implementation, consulting, and technical expertise to clients during the deployment and integration of software solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Business/Technical Consultant collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and project success.

This role provides support for pre-audit workflows, real-time audit coordination and post-audit activities associated with client quality audits. The QAS employs insights, tools and collaborative partnerships to identify trends and risk across Included Health products, escalating risks and highlighting opportunities to Quality Audit leadership.

The Business Operations Account Servicing Associate is responsible for business processing functions, striving to optimize the customer experience and ensure compliance and business objectives are met. Throughout the post-enrollment customer life-cycle, they will provide support in driving process improvements, automation and standardization throughout the organization. This role will also monitor and analyze operational performance to provide visibility to senior management.
