Senior AI Engineer

About the Role:

• Shape the direction of applied AI areas and intelligence features, deploying state-of-the-art models that impact products like Abacus Agents and RAG systems.
• Drive critical initiatives spanning AI and data engineering innovation, development productivity, and benchmarking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—AI engineers, data engineers, and product—to deliver AI solutions that improve user productivity.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years ML/AI engineering experience in high-velocity companies, plus 6+ years as a software developer.
• 2+ years with Databricks, Mosaic AI Gateway, and GenAI technologies (agents, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scalable ML/AI architecture.
