Senior NetSuite Administrator

About the Role:

• You will own NetSuite end-to-end, setting the roadmap and establishing governance and controls that keep the company audit-ready.
• This role sits within the Accounting team, directly influencing how quickly and reliably the books are closed.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Design and maintain NetSuite architecture, configurations, customizations, and release management across GL, AR, Advanced Revenue, Procure-to-Pay, and Consolidations.
• Manage roles, permissions, and integrations with tools like Ramp, Floqast, Workiva, and Claude Co-work, while resolving ad hoc issues.
• Drive automation initiatives, including AI agents, to replace manual finance workflows and improve system performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration across multiple finance modules, with relevant NetSuite certifications.
• Proven SuiteScript development experience and deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close and consolidation.
• Experience establishing change management, data governance, and audit-ready controls, plus strong stakeholder management skills.
