Job Summary:
- Enhancing accounts payable efficiency through problem-solving and process improvements
- Overseeing audits, and acting as a liaison between vendors and internal teams.
- Managing employee expenses, vendor invoices, and payments while ensuring compliance and fostering strong vendor relationships.
Essential Functions:
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations
- Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area.
