Financial Analyst

About the Role:

• You will be the analytical engine behind how Rula understands, monitors, and improves its billing and account experience, financial performance and customer service.
• You will work closely with partners across Finance, Billing, Product, Data, Customer Service, and Operations.
• You will bring well-rounded business acumen to investigate complex account questions, uncover root causes, and turn messy data into clear, actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science-focused role, with 2+ years of experience focusing on financial analytics and/or firm-level operations analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders
• Deep understanding of financial metrics (e.g., CAC, billing, key accounts, retention, churn, LTV, etc.) and operational metrics (e.g. resolution time, product uptime)
