- Oversee vendor reconciliation.
- Ensure all invoices are received and ready for payment in a timely manner.
- Address discrepancies in invoices and promptly follow up.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 & ExFlow systems preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
