Job Description

This is a 6 month contract term. As a Business Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in the Africa region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at RemoFirst, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies, and RemoFirst internal initiatives to drive overall business growth. Responsibilities include creating & optimizing processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring efficient platform usage by stakeholders. The role also involves close cooperation with the Customer Success department on day-to-day escalations. Furthermore, the role involves overseeing planning, operational systems, and escalating client concerns to design solutions.
