This is a 6 month contract position. As a Business Operations Manager, the primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with local Employer of Record(EOR) in the Africa region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for clients. Responsibilities include creating & optimizing processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring efficient platform usage by stakeholders. Furthermore, the role involves close cooperation with the Customer Success department, overseeing operational systems, and escalating client concerns to design solutions.
