Company Level Operations:

  • Work alongside company presidents in co-management or support roles to lead operational improvements and manage transitions like acquisitions or leadership handoffs.
  • Identify and address gaps in areas such as dispatching, pricing, technician productivity, and customer workflows, building trust through execution.

Portfolio Level Projects:

  • Assist in monthly business reviews by collecting and synthesizing data, helping to build infrastructure that reduces manual overhead over time.
  • Contribute to developing operating playbooks, benchmarks, and standardized processes applicable across the MEP portfolio.
  • Support new acquisition onboarding by introducing Teamshares systems and tools, and provide operational insights to the Industry Lead from on-the-ground visibility.

Systems & Operational Optimization:

  • Become the Teamshares expert on ServiceTitan, managing implementations and conducting optimization audits to improve platform utilization and adoption.
  • Serve as the internal resource for presidents and teams navigating the platform, reducing reliance on external consultants for routine questions and optimization work.
  • Drive standardization and efficiency in field service operations by applying best practices and addressing underused functionality.
