Job Description

As a Technical Consultant you will provide high-quality software implementation expertise to Enable customers. The Consultants act as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams, providing guidance that ensures the technical capabilities of our software customizations match agreed requirements. The jobholder will also provide customization, installation, and integration support to customers either on-site or remotely. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, transferring knowledge of Enable products, creating technical design documents, coding programs, drafting business requirements, and testing solutions. The role requires maintaining technical competency in systems and industry trends, producing clean code, providing technical support, customizing products, integrating solutions, and documenting functionality. The position may require up to 20% travel.
