Job Description
Own and centralize sales target-setting processes for the Care and Enterprise teams, including methodology creation, cadence management, and stakeholder alignment. Build automations to improve the speed and scalability of target-setting workflows, reducing time from days to hours per role. Refresh and standardize Care and Enterprise target-setting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Develop foundational Snowflake tables to support scalable, consistent commissions data pulls. Create Looker and/or Vizier dashboards to automate insights and enable self-service reporting across SMB, Enterprise, and Care. Support commission payout analysis, exception handling, and ad hoc compensation modeling, including financial impact and ROI assessments. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics to align on data sources, methodologies, and compensation policies.
