About Fireclay Partners:

• Veteran owned middle market M&A and buy side advisory firm based in Kansas City.
• Serves private equity sponsors and family-owned businesses.
• Pairs investment banking execution with senior operating expertise.

The Role:

• Per engagement consulting role, not full-time employment.
• Partner with the Fireclay team on specific deals where domain expertise creates value.
• Engagements typically run three to twelve months on a deal specific basis.

What You Will Do:

• Provide market intelligence on bolt on targets, competitive landscape, and valuation context.
• Make introductions to founders, family owners, and senior executives in your network.
• Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations for sector specific fit.

What We Are Looking For:

• Laboratory Director, General Manager, VP Operations, or similar leadership in testing, inspection, or certification.
• Fifteen years or more in the sector and working command of accreditation environment.
• Existing network of relationships with founders, family owners, and PE professionals.
