Engagement with the team and the client's main profiles will ensure things happen, with excellent planning skills, effective communication, and commitment.

Responsibilities include maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing labor models ensuring efficient labor management across our retail locations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with multiple WFM platforms.

Duties include gathering, analyzing & defining the business requirements, analyzing system requirements, addressing any relevant problems, performing standard testing, and chaperoning assigned features throughout the SDLC to delivery.
