What you will be doing:
- Design substation relay one-lines, three-lines, AC/DC schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and SCADA/communication diagrams.
- Coordinate with physical, settings, and drafting disciplines to ensure quality deliverables.
- Interpret vendor information and apply client standards to designs.
What we need you to have:
- AA or High School Diploma.
- Experience with substation (transmission) design.
- 3+ years of detailed wiring design experience and proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Inventor, and MicroStation.
What we would like you to have:
- Understanding of AC/DC control diagrams for point-to-point wiring.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
