Role Overview:
- This remote position focuses on substation physical design for high and extra high voltage projects.
- You will collaborate with engineers and designers to produce detailed design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare general arrangements, elevation views, bills of material, and grounding plans.
- Interpret vendor information and incorporate into design drawings.
- Conduct site walkdowns at client substation facilities to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting or engineering technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of substation physical design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation.
- Ability to visualize parts in 3D and familiarity with Bentley Substation Design.
