Job Description
Create and execute a global strategy for Deel’s corporate structure during this period of expansion. Build a robust compliance engine to ensure the entirety of Deel’s international corporate footprint remains a benchmark of Corporate Compliance in the EOR, Global HR Tech and Global Payroll space. Identify and manage legal risk and escalate to leadership stakeholders by recommending mitigation strategies and implementing solutions. Launch new products in multiple jurisdictions for clients to be able to achieve their global growth goals in a timely cost, effective manner. Map competitive landscape to remain a benchmark of Corporate Compliance in the EOR, Global HR and Global Payroll space.
Develop and grow existing Legal Corporate team in order to build out a strong team of solutions driven individuals who work together to achieve Deel’s goals. Ability to run documentation and information systemization processes to ensure all entity maintenance is compliant and recorded. Remaining agile in the face of multiple conflicting priorities and managing stakeholders to ensure best practice is adhered to at all times.
