Health and Human Services Senior Consultant

Role Overview:

• Serve as a human services policy subject matter expert on BerryDunn projects.
• Lead the policy workstream for the Guam engagement, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Support clients in strengthening policy, improving operations, and maintaining federal alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and interpret federal laws, regulations, and guidance to identify program impacts.
• Draft policy manuals, procedures, briefs, and decision documents for client audiences.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions with stakeholders to drive practical outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of experience with state, territory, or local government human services programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client-focused mindset.
• Ability to lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and work Guam business hours as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Target base salary range $80,000 - 135,000 annually.
