Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for human services programs on BerryDunn projects.
- Lead the human services business operations team assigned to the Guam engagement.
- Report on project status, risks, and issues to client executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience with state government human services programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
- Eligible for discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance.
