Position Summary:

  • Provides overall leadership for the TANF Technical Assistance Team.
  • Manages scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated work plans, milestone schedules, and risk registers.
  • Serve as primary client liaison and coordinate deliverables with federal and state agencies.
  • Oversee budget, invoicing, and level-of-effort tracking.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing federal or state human-services contracts.
  • Direct knowledge of TANF program and its administration.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent project-management credential.
  • Prior engagement with state or tribal TANF agencies.
