The Role:
- Design realistic workplace simulations that assess applied capability and behaviour.
- Turn policies and obligations into believable, fair, and useful assessment experiences.
- Work with Product, Research, Engineering, and subject-matter experts to refine simulations.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in instructional design, scenario-based learning, or behavioural assessment.
- Strong scenario-writing skills and an ear for nuanced, believable dialogue.
- Confidence testing and refining spoken or conversational experiences.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with simulations, role plays, or AI-assisted learning products.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, learning technology, or enterprise product development.
- A knack for solving the design problem behind the content.
