Learning Experience Designer (Contract)

About the Role:

• Design and build our leadership training catalog, spanning skills for first-time managers through experienced leaders.
• Quickly get up to speed on new subject matter and turn complex concepts into clear, practical, engaging courses.
• Embrace AI-powered workflows to produce high-quality training faster and smarter.

Responsibilities:

• Research, outline, develop, and QA courses across a range of topics, starting with leadership content.
• Write clear, engaging, learner-centered course content grounded in credible research and established best practices.
• Maintain a consistent voice and structure across a large, multi-course library.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience independently creating training content across varied subject areas.
• Proven ability to turn complex or unfamiliar concepts into engaging digital training in an LMS or e-learning format.
• Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and generative AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
