Associate Learning Experience Designer (part-time)

Opportunity:

• Use AI and modern digital tools to create learning experiences for users at thousands of leading companies.
• Collaborate across the Learning Experience team and the broader business to build context and judgment.

What you would do:

• Work AI-first, directing AI agents to research, draft, design, and accelerate work while applying your own judgment.
• Guide learning content from concept through launch, orchestrating AI tools, designers, and producers.
• Evaluate existing content for accuracy, relevance, and behavior impact, then strengthen what works.
