- Incorporate immersive training assets like interactive stories, games, and simulations.
- Apply creative approaches to enhance engagement.
- Design learning experiences with client approved tools.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Engage with instructional designers and subject matter experts to assess needs.
- Collaborate with a Project Manager to maintain schedules and milestones.
- Set team expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure timely delivery.
