Senior Learning Experience Designer (ILT/VILT) - U.S. Remote

Program Ownership & Discovery:

• Serve as Lead Learning Experience Designer for programs covering AI, emerging tech, digital transformation, and workplace productivity.
• Own the complete client-facing design process, from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and GA standards.
• Partner with sales, product, and client success teams to translate learner needs into practical learning solutions.

Applied Learning Design & AI-Enabled Development:

• Design and develop instructor-led materials including slides, labs, case studies, simulations, and facilitator guides.
• Create hands-on activities using current AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to build practical skills.
• Ensure learning experiences are grounded in adult learning principles, measurable outcomes, and real-world workplace application.

Delivery & Instructor Enablement:

• Develop instructor enablement materials including facilitator guides, run-of-show documents, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Provide guidance on best practices for applied, interactive learning and live tool demonstrations.
• Collect and analyze learning impact data to support continuous improvement and content refinement.
