Director, Product Management (Power)

The Director of Product Management role is responsible for helping shape and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Xpansiv’s Power division. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally within and across the business unit, architecture, technical, marketing, and sales teams, and ensure that products drive business growth while delivering exceptional value to clients. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of modern product management practices, is passionate about customer-centric innovation, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. What you’ll do: Evolve Xpansiv’s Power market products and services by continuously evaluating customer value proposition, innovating the solution set for ongoing product-market-fit, articulating product vision, developing the roadmap, specifying features and services, and assisting with maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
