Senior Engineering Manager

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in advancing our engineering strategy, mentoring high-performing teams, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver solutions that directly improve the lives of millions. This is a highly collaborative, visionary role for leaders who want to drive outcomes, not just output. You will lead and grow one or more engineering teams focused on critical areas of our virtual care platform; collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define long-term vision and roadmap; guide technical strategy and architecture decisions that enable scalability, performance, and innovation; hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering an inclusive and accountable team culture; partner across the organization to influence product direction, resourcing, and prioritization; and drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, quality, and reliability.
