Principal Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budget and lead periodic forecast, and long-range planning cycles.
- Serve as a key FP&A business partner to function heads, managing departmental budgets.
- Own Adaptive Planning administration and enhancement.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong FP&A fundamentals including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with clear communication.
- Strong business partnering skills with ability to influence decisions through data.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 6-8+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a public company environment.
- Biotech/pharma experience required; Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred.
