Clinical Oversight:
- Own the overall quality of clinical care across the market, auditing charts and overseeing manager evaluations.
- Partner with leaders on metrics like clinical quality, P&L, capacity, and retention.
- Design peer consultation groups and report on clinician metrics.
People Leadership:
- Hire and develop managers, therapists, and psychologists, ensuring high clinical and cultural standards.
- Train new hires on protocols and hold the team to fidelity.
- Provide 1:1 supervision and compassionate accountability.
Patient Care:
- Maintain a limited caseload, delivering CBT, ERP, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing for youth concerns.
- Stay current on ethical standards and clinical research.
Clinic Outreach, Marketing & Networking:
- Build relationships with hospitals, pediatricians, payors, and schools.
- Lead community engagement efforts and oversee outreach activities.
