Role Overview:
- Join a rapidly growing Technology Enablement practice as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Provide deep functional expertise in Sage Intacct for post-production support and optimization.
- Work collaboratively with CrossCountry's consulting teams across time zones.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver Post-Production Support for US-based clients using Sage Intacct.
- Troubleshoot functional problems across core modules like General Ledger and AP/AR.
- Support finance and accounting workflow improvements tied to key processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Sage Intacct.
- Strong command of core Sage Intacct modules and foundational accounting concepts.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
