About The Role:
- Hands-on SAP FICO support role in our AMS practice.
- Customer-facing, operational BAU support, not project work.
- Remote from anywhere in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve SAP Finance incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Perform functional analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with teams to improve system performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experienced SAP Finance consultant with AMS or support background.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, S/4HANA, and ECC.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
