Finance Support / Accounting Assistant

Company Overview:

• Rapidly growing coffee roasting and manufacturing business supplying private-label coffee to major US retailers and restaurant chains.
• Finance team is expanding to support AP, AR, reconciliations, inventory, and month-end close.

The Role:

• Provide hands-on support to the Controller and Senior Accounting team across AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with internal teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support with understanding of AP and AR.
• Experience with bank/account reconciliations, month-end close, and accounting software (Sage highly desirable).
• Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
