Assistant Vice President, Building Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate disaster impact on structures and environments, assess risks, and coordinate emergency response.
• Oversee project site operations, allocate resources, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.
• Estimate commercial and residential losses using Xactimate and prepare detailed reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years of experience in restoration industry with insurance companies.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility, RS Means, or similar estimating software.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills with a valid driver's license.
