Property Claim Technical Field Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provides timely and effective coaching with emphasis on staff development.
• Oversees property claims handling including reserving, communication, documentation, damage evaluation, estimating, negotiation, and resolution.
• Ensures claims are assigned based on complexity and skill level, and processing follows policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of property coverage, liability, and insurance industry laws.
• Experience with Xactimate estimating platform for property damage estimates.
• Leadership skills to plan, organize, delegate, and develop staff; effective communication and analytical skills.
