Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, high-exposure homeowner property claims with litigation and public adjusters.
- Investigate origin and cause, conduct on-site inspections, and reconcile estimates.
- Negotiate settlements and interpret policies, leases, and contracts.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of dwelling estimating experience with losses $50k+.
- Advanced Xactimate expertise (Level 3 preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
- Must obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses.
- Periodic travel for inspections or catastrophe support.
- Pay range: $76,600 - $106,450.
